massage therapy

massage therapy The practice of massage therapy aims to develop, maintain and rehabilitate physical function. Massage therapists are trained to assess and treat soft tissue and joints of the body.

Our massage therapist helps patients restore and optimize health and pain-free living. Treatment techniques include massage, myofascial release, cupping, kinesiotaping, rehabilitative exercises and patient education.

Through a team approach, our massage therapist works closely with our naturopathic doctors and chiropractors to provide optimal patient care. Often, the practitioners work together, combining massage therapy, active release therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic care to provide effective pain relief.
