I love helping patients with their digestive, skin and hormone concerns.

I enjoy delving into the details of your health to determine the factors and the root cause of your symptoms. I take an evidence-informed approach with my patients and am very data driven.

I strive to empower, motivate, and inspire patients to optimize their health while determining the underlying cause of imbalance in the body. Through appropriate and specific functional medicine testing, the root cause of disease can be more clearly established.

My knowledge and expertise lie in treating chronic digestive issues, hormonal imbalances including thyroid disorders, and skin concerns particularly acne and eczema. I am a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and am currently completing a fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and functional medicine.

Originally from Vancouver, I set up my roots here in Calgary over 10 years ago at Grassroots. I love visiting with family back on the coast and love any time I can spend with my adorable nieces. I enjoy being active, playing tennis and have a weak spot for dark chocolate!
