MY PRACTICE FOCUS:
Skin Conditions & Healthy Ageing
Digestive Disorders
Thyroid/Hormone Imbalances
Hi, I’m Dr. Karlee! Born and raised in Calgary, I grew up figure skating and playing competitive fast-pitch softball. It was during this time that I was first introduced to naturopathic medicine through my own health journey. Experiencing firsthand how addressing the root cause of my health concerns transformed my life, I was inspired to help others do the same.
My practice focuses on hormonal imbalances, including PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, menopause, and men’s health, as well as skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis, digestive disorders, fertility support, weight management, healthy aging medicine, mood and sleep optimization, stress management, burnout, and fatigue. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), I provide evidence-based care to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, helping them navigate this transition with confidence and clarity.
I take a “test, don’t guess” approach, using comprehensive functional lab testing to uncover the underlying causes of health concerns. The body is a complex, interconnected system, and sometimes, standard lab results don’t tell the full story. If you’ve been told your labs are “normal,” but you don’t feel normal, this is your sign to book an appointment with me!
Maintaining an active lifestyle is key to my own well-being. My dogs, Penny and Wallen, keep me moving with daily walks along the river, but you can also find me hiking, snowboarding, doing yoga, spin, or F45 classes, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
I look forward to working with you to create a personalized, evidence-based plan to help you feel your best—because you deserve to thrive, not just get by.
