Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie!

I am truly passionate about growing healthy humans and families, with special interests in fertility support for both partners, infant and children’s health, and sleep.

I enjoy treating the entire family – from babies to great-grandparents and everyone in between, including men!

My travel and work experiences in several countries have contributed to my creating a diverse and extensive knowledge base. I have worked in Nicaragua, Europe and Asia. As a primary care physician with Natural Doctors International in Nicaragua, I worked with pediatrics, infectious disease, chronic illnesses and women’s health.

I believe that a person’s lifestyle is the greatest modifiable effecter of health. I recognize that health is not merely an absence of disease, but rather a dynamic process involving mind, body, spirit and community and I truly cherish the connections made with people while attending their health journeys.

I am passionate about dance, having worked as the in-house naturopathic doctor for the Alberta Ballet and the School of Alberta Ballet.

In my spare time, you will likely find me jumping in puddles and digging in the garden with my young family!
