FAQ - Billing

We do not direct bill to insurance providers but will give you an itemized receipt at the end of your appointment to submit for reimbursement. Patients are responsible for ensuring they have checked with their providers to verify how their plan will compensate for our services.

In the event that you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request a minimum of one full business days’ notice (minimum 24 hours’ notice). This allows the opportunity for other patients to see a practitioner with a reduced wait time. Appointments cancelled with less than one full business days’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled visit.
