Hi, I’m Dr. Farheen!

I am a naturopathic doctor with over 14 years of clinical experience and have recently completed my Functional Medicine Certification through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). This advanced training allows me to further integrate evidence-based functional medicine into my practice, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic illness. By combining naturopathic principles with functional medicine, I am committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care that empowers patients to achieve long-term health and vitality.

With the help of functional medicine testing, we can pinpoint the source of your concerns and create a targeted, personalized treatment plan to optimize your well-being. It’s important for me to help empower my patients with the knowledge to take charge of their health.

Originally from Vancouver, I have called Calgary home for over a decade, building my practice at Grassroots Naturopathic Medicine over the past 12 years. I cherish my time visiting family and friends on the coast and breathing in the ocean air!

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me going for a walk or hike in nature, playing tennis and golf, reading a great book and indulging in my weakness for dark chocolate.
