I am a naturopathic doctor with over 14 years of clinical experience and advanced training in Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). My practice focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns, with a special interest in chronic digestive issues (IBS, SIBO, IBD), hormonal imbalances (PMS, PCOS, peri-menopause, menopause,  thyroid concerns), and skin conditions (acne, eczema) as well as hair loss.

I take a holistic, evidence-based approach that integrates nutrition and food-based medicine, stress management tools, and intravenous therapy when indicated to help restore balance and optimize well-being. After discussing patient’s goals,  I create targeted, personalized treatment plans, often with the help of functional lab testing, that empower patients to take charge of their health and achieve long-term results.

Based in Calgary for over a decade, I have been practicing at Grassroots Naturopathic Medicine for the past 14 years.

 

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, golfing. reading, and indulging in good dark chocolate.
