Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie, and I am truly passionate about helping families thrive.

My special interests include fertility support for both partners, infant and children’s health, and sleep—but I love treating the entire family, from babies to great-grandparents, and yes, that includes men too!

My experiences working in Nicaragua, Europe, and Asia have shaped my approach to care, giving me a broad and diverse knowledge base. As a primary care physician with Natural Doctors International in Nicaragua, I worked extensively in pediatrics, infectious disease, chronic illnesses, and women’s health, deepening my understanding of integrative, patient-centered medicine.

I believe that lifestyle is one of the most powerful factors influencing health, and that true wellness is not just the absence of disease, but a dynamic balance of mind, body, spirit, and community. The relationships I build with my patients and their families are at the heart of my practice, and I truly cherish the opportunity to guide them on their health journeys.

My passion for movement and wellness extends to the arts, and I’ve had the privilege of serving as the in-house naturopathic doctor for the Alberta Ballet and the School of Alberta Ballet.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me jumping in puddles and digging in the garden with my young family, embracing the joys of everyday life. I look forward to working with you and your loved ones to create a foundation for lifelong health and vitality!
