Sport + Exercise Medicine
Pain Management
Men’s Health
Hi! I’m Dr. Jason, and I’m deeply passionate about fostering strong connections—both in my practice and in my community. My approach to healthcare is rooted in collaboration, ensuring that every patient receives well-rounded, integrative support tailored to their unique needs.
My passion for athletics and outdoor adventure has shaped my focus on sports medicine and pain management. Whether working with weekend warriors or elite athletes, I love helping individuals optimize their performance and overcome injuries so they can get back to doing what they love.
At my core, I believe in the power of community, connection, and movement. My greatest reward is seeing my patients thrive—helping them overcome challenges, unlock their potential, and live life to the fullest.
Outside of my practice, I find immense joy in connecting with others—whether it’s through mentorship, outdoor adventures, or time with my family. I’m happiest being outside and in the mountains. A lifelong athlete, I’ve competed in Ironman Canada (twice!), the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, the XTerra World Championships, and the Age Group World Championships in Olympic Distance Triathlon. My love for mountain sports has taken me to the summits of Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua, Elbrus, and Denali.
These days, I’m just as content going on trail runs, mountain biking, rock climbing and alpine ski touring, and keeping up with my wife, who can outrun me in any race!
