FAQ - Billing
We do not direct bill to insurance providers but will give you an itemized receipt at the end of your appointment to submit for reimbursement. Patients are responsible for ensuring they have checked with their providers to verify how their plan will compensate for our services.
In the event that you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request a minimum of one full business days’ notice (minimum 24 hours’ notice).
